Oppo A93 5G was recently spotted on a Chinese telecom website, hinting at possible specifications and the price of the upcoming smartphone. The listing revealed that the phone will house a triple rear camera setup, a 5,000mAh battery, and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC, which Qualcomm claims to be their most affordable 5G solution.
The Oppo A93 was released in October last year and now it is set to unveil a 5G variant of that phone. However, it will look different from the 4G variant too.
The Chinese Telecom listing carries model no. PEHM00 as the device sports a curved display with a hole-punch cutout. However, there isn’t any official information from Oppo’s side yet.
Oppo A93 5G expected specifications
The device was spotted on the Geekbench listing, hinting at some of the specifications and performance scores. It managed to score 522 points in the single-core test while for the multi-core test it scored 1513 points.
The Chinese telecom listing revealed that the dual-SIM device runs on Android 11 out of the box. Oppo A93 5G will feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a 2,400 x 1080p resolution. It’ll be powered by the SM4350 processor, which is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 480 5G chipset, and be complemented by 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
In terms of camera specifications, the handset will sport a triple rear camera setup that includes a 48MP primary sensor and two 2MP sensors. For the front cam, it houses an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls. Moreover, it’ll pack a 5,000mAh battery and support 18W fast charging. The other options include a 3.5mm headphone jack and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Oppo A93 5G expected price and availability
Oppo’s upcoming 5G device is tipped to be priced at CNY 2,199 (approx. ₹24,900) according to the Chinese telecom listing. It could be launched on January 15th and is expected to come in three exciting color options – Dazzling Black, Aurora, and Elegant Silver.
