Last week, the first look of Vivo Y52s surfaced on the internet and now, the device has been officially unveiled in China. Vivo Y52s will be Vivo’s latest mid-range 5G smartphone and feature an array of exciting features. The device will feature a waterdrop-style display notch and house dual rear cameras. Moreover, the device also includes a 90Hz refresh rate, MediaTek Dimensity 720SoC, and up to 8GB of RAM. The device is out in the Chinese market and comes in three exciting color options.
Vivo Y52s specifications and features
The Vivo Y52s comes with a 6.58-inch FHD+ display with a 1,080 x 2,408p resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC, which gives seamless performance especially with up to 8GB of RAM. Moreover, it offers 128GB of internal storage and runs on Android 10 with FuntouchOS 10.5. In terms of camera specs, it features a dual rear camera housing a 48MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. At the front, there is an 8MP front camera for selfies.
The device packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W Dual Engine fast charging support. The connectivity options include 5G technology, 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5.1, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C. The sensors on the Y52s include a proximity sensor, an accelerometer, magnetometer, ambient light, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Moreover, the Vivo Y52s weighs just 185.5 grams and measures 164.15 x 75.35 x 8.40 mm.

Vivo Y52s price and availability
Vivo Y52s is already out in China and is available for purchase. The 6GB RAM variant is available at CNY 1,598 (approx. ₹18,100) while the 8GB RAM variant will cost you CNY 1,798 (approx. ₹20,300). The smartphone is available for pre-order and can be purchased on China’s JD.com. Moreover, it comes in three exciting color options – Coral Sea, Monet, and Titanium Grey. It will officially go on sale from December 12th in China.
