CyberPunk 2077, the much-anticipated game which only released on December 10, 2020, was removed from the PlayStation Store by Sony as there were many complaints regarding the game from gaming fans. The reports have stated that the game is not playable in Sony’s PlayStation PS4, Xbox One, and Xbox One S consoles.
The CyberPunk 2077 is developed by CD Projekt Red and have been accused of the game’s deposition. Gamers all over have reported that the game has very deplorable graphics. This is reason enough for gamers to be disappointed, however, it is not all. The CyberPunk 2077 also reportedly has many game-crashing bugs.
The Sony Interactive Entertainment or the SIE decided to take down CyberPunk 2077 from the PlayStation Store in an effort to calm the infuriated gamers. Not only that, but the SIE has also decided to provide refunds for the gamers who had bought the CyberPunk 2077 from the PlayStation Store to ensure a great deal of customer satisfaction.
The developers of the game the CD Projekt Red has apologized for all the drawbacks of the game and have promised to fix all the problems.
The developers have further claimed that they are trying to get the CyberPunk 2077 back to the PlayStation Store. As part of their strategy to improve the game to ensure a better experience for the gamers, they have stated that all those who had previously purchased physical and digital copies of the game shall not stop receiving technical support and updates.
Even if efforts are being made to counter all the drawbacks of the game, the developers of the game CD Projekt Red had mentioned that they had no plans to remove the CyberPunk 2077 from the Xbox Digital store. SIE will be removing the CyberPunk 2077 for now until there is any further notice.
