Snapdragon 662 SoC powered Moto G9 Power Officially Launched

Moto G9 Power specifications and price has been announced officially as the smartphone is launched in Europe and selected Asian countries. This news comes after WinFuture.de, a reputed German outlet leaked renders and specifications of the phone. G9 Power will be the latest addition to the splendid G9 lineup that already includes Moto G9 Play and Moto G9 Plus. Some of the attractions of this upcoming handset were its mammoth 6,000mAh battery, the powerful Snapdragon 662 SoC, and 64MP triple cameras. It also comes with an attractive punch-hole display and a square camera module at the rear with LED flash and triple sensors. There is a physical fingerprint sensor embedded in Moto dimple.

Moto G9 Power: Specifications

Moto G9 Power will feature a 6.8-inch HD+ IPS display with 1640x720p resolution. It will run on stock Android10 OS. Under the hood, it’ll be powered by the impressive Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC, which will be complemented by 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

The G9 Power comes with a triple camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor with f/1.79 aperture, a 2MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and an additional 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, the device has a 16MP camera with f/2.2 aperture for video calling and clicking selfies.

As its name suggests, the biggest selling point of this device is its packed 6,000mAh battery that comes with support for 20W fast charging. Motorola claims that this device can last up to 60 hours with ease. Its connectivity options include Wi-Fi 80.211 ac, NFC, 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm audio jack. The device is 9.66mm thick and weighs 221 gm.

Moto G9 Power: Price and availability

Motorola’s UK Twitter handle tweeted the €official Moto G9 Power announcement with the tagline “You want it. You got it.” The device will be priced in Europe at €199 (approx.. ₹17,400) for the 4GB of RAM + 128GB of storage option. There are two color options to choose from – Metallic Sage and Electric Violet. It will be available in selected countries in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East in the coming weeks. However, there is no official update on when G9 power will be launched in India officially.
