Moto G Play (2021) was spotted at Geekbench and it has revealed a number of key specifications and features. The Geekbench listing shed light on key info including the Moto G Play (2021) coming with 3 GB of RAM and running on Android 10 out of the box. Even though no official information about the processor, camera, or the launch date is known until now, the source code on Geekbench hints that the device could be powered by the Adreno 610 GPU.

Could Moto G Play (2021): Powered by Snapdragon 460?

While there was no mention of the processor or chipset in the listing, there is speculation that the Moto G Play (2021) could be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 chipset. The Geekbench listing source code reveals that Moto G Play (2021) could come with the Adreno 610 GPU and this has led to wide speculation about the processor it’ll likely be paired with.

Moto G Play (2021) not the only device in the works

Earlier in November, Steve Hemmerstoffer, a popular tipster revealed a few details into the design and display of the upcoming Moto device. The device had the model number XT-2117 and suggested it could be the Moto G10 Play.

The device is likely to sport a 6.5-inch display and have dimensions of 165.3 x 75.4 x 9.5 mm. Even though the camera specs are yet to be revealed, it is rumored that the device could sport a triple camera setup. The design could be similar to that of the Moto G9 Play while the handset has already received the FCC and TÜV Rheinland certifications. Moreover, the Moto G10 Play could come with a 4850mAh battery, which is quite significant for a budget phone. More information about the specifications and official launch is likely to be out in the next few weeks.
