Boat launches Airdopes 461 in India for Rs 2,999

Here’s everything you need to know about the new Boat TWS earbuds

Boat has launched its new Airdopes 461 True Wireless earbuds, which will be available in two colour variants — Active Black and Bold Blue. The earbuds are priced at Rs 2,999.

Airdopes 461 come with ASAP Fast Charge technology which induces 60-minute playback time with just five minutes of charging. The brand claims that the earbuds’ playback time lasts up to 46 hours with the case.

The audio device comes with IWP technology and Bluetooth v5.0 that offers instant connectivity to the pairing device upon opening the case.

The two modes that Boat offers in its new TWS earbuds are the Crystal Mode and the BEAST mode. The Crystal Mode allows you to be aware of the surroundings without removing the earbuds. This mode uses the microphones in the earbuds to let the user hear ambient sounds around them, so they can enjoy music safely. The BEAST Mode offers low latency and real-time audio for a better gaming or entertainment experience.

Each earbud features a 60 mAh battery that allows about six hours of playtime per single charge. The battery capacity of the carrying case is 600 mAh, which provides further 40 hours of playback time, claims the company.

The new Boat earbuds also offer an operating range of up to 10 meters and come with IPX5 rating for water and sweat resistance. It is also compatible with Google Assistant and Siri.

Boat Airdopes 461 are available for sale on Flipkart and Boat’s website from October 16, 2020.
